Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Congregation
If you are coming to Cole Camp for a visit and are looking for a confessional, liturgical, Lutheran congregation in which you will be served the LORD’s gifts in Word and Sacrament then please consider visiting Trinity. Our Saturday evening Divine Service is a bit simplified, with fewer hymns, but we certainly maintain the dignity of the divine liturgy. On most Sundays the congregation’s voice will be supported and encouraged with the use of a cantor, adult choir, men’s chorus, the Sunday School children, or brass. We’ll sing the Introit, Gradual, and the Verse of the Week. But most importantly, Christ will be proclaimed and the Sacrament will be administered according to Christ’s institution.
Sunday catechesis occurs at 10:30 a.m. Our adult Bible class is well attended, with more than 75 in regular attendance. The coffee and treats are freshly baked and tasty. Children two-years of age and up will be welcome in Sunday School, in which they will study the Small Catechism from key narrative texts of Holy Scripture, while also enjoying the singing of hymns. If your children are younger than two, bring them with you to adult Bible class. We’ll enjoy having the family with us.
