Wittenberg Lutheran Chapel, Grand Forks, ND
Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod / by Davis Smith / 30 views
Wittenberg Chapel is a mission of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, serving students at the University of North Dakota. The preaching, teaching, hymnody, and liturgies at Wittenberg are soundly and joyfully founded upon Christ, crucified and risen for the forgiveness of sins. You can expect to hear the proclamation of God’s Law, exposing your sin and need for a Savior. You can expect to hear the proclamation of God’s Gospel, how he has shown you grace and forgiveness in Christ Jesus alone. You can expect to be reminded often of your baptism into Christ, where God has made a decision for you and called you his own. And, for those who share our common confession, you can expect to be comforted with the true body and blood of Christ, given and shed for you for the forgiveness of your sins.
